📦 Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- ✓ Be unused and unwashed
- ✓ Be in the same condition as received
- ✓ Include original packaging, tags, and accessories
- ✓ Show no signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations
⚠️ Important: Because our products are designed for babies and young children, we must ensure that returned items meet strict hygiene and safety standards.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, we may ask for:
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
💳 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
⚠️ Important: Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side.
📮 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
💡 Recommendation: We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
⏱️ Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Note: Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
